These terms govern access to and use of Kushal Karigar by candidates, employers, and other visitors.
Use of the platform
Users must provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and avoid posting misleading jobs, fraudulent applications, abusive content, or material that infringes the rights of others.
Employer responsibilities
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of company details, job descriptions, compensation disclosures, hiring decisions, and candidate communications conducted through or after using the platform.
Candidate responsibilities
Candidates are responsible for the truthfulness of resume details, qualifications, work history, certifications, and application materials submitted through the platform.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where accounts violate these terms, compromise platform security, or create legal or operational risk.
Limitation of service
Kushal Karigar provides a hiring marketplace and workflow system. We do not guarantee job placement, candidate selection, uninterrupted access, or the conduct of third parties.
